Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.
Question Banks are non-refundable digital products. Once your download link has been delivered, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.
1. Why No Refunds?
- Question Banks are digital informational products. Once delivered, the content has been accessed and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.
- It is technically impossible to verify whether you have read, copied, saved, or distributed the content after downloading.
- This policy is standard practice for digital products and is consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which recognize that digital goods delivered electronically may be non-returnable.
2. Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
No refund will be provided for any of the following reasons:
- You are dissatisfied with the content, quality, or quantity of questions
- The questions did not appear in your actual interview
- You did not receive a job offer or advance in the interview process
- The questions are outdated or no longer reflective of the current interview process
- You already knew some or all of the questions
- You purchased the wrong company's Question Bank by mistake
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You found similar content available elsewhere, free or paid
- Technical issues on your end prevented download (we will re-issue the link instead)
3. Cancellation
- Before payment: You may cancel at any time before completing the Razorpay checkout. No charge will be made.
- After payment: Once payment is confirmed and the download link is delivered to your email, cancellation is not possible. The transaction is final.
- Pending payments: If a payment is initiated but not completed (e.g., bank timeout, abandoned checkout), no charge will be made and no link will be sent.
4. What We WILL Help With
While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to resolving legitimate delivery issues:

| Payment deducted but no email received within 24 hours | Investigate and deliver the link or refund |

5. Chargebacks
- Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are responsive and will resolve legitimate issues quickly.
- Chargebacks filed after successful delivery of the Question Bank may be contested. We will provide the payment processor with evidence of delivery, including timestamps, email confirmation, and download logs.
- Buyers who file frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases and may be subject to legal action for the recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees.
6. Trade/Exchange Returns
- Question Banks received through the trade program are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- If your trade submission is rejected, no Question Bank will be delivered and no obligation is incurred by either party.
- Submitted Question Banks cannot be returned to you after review, regardless of approval status.
